Alka and Lorean | At First Sight

Just another of my baby fawnling sketches making an appearance. This time, it's Alkhana and Lorean. Better known as Rue's parents

These two...There's a special space in my heart for these two, and I never expected that when I first got Rue a year and a half ago. They never met as foals. (And this is where maths comes in ) Alkhana was 9 when she had Rue, and Lorean is a year older than her. They would have met the year Alka turned 6. There's a whole load of story and reason behind this, but that's all I'm saying for now.

So this isn't a real snapshot of history, its just for a bit of fun. I did, however, draw them in the place were they first met (several years older than pictured), so I can't tell you that, either

Basically, just enjoy the art because I can't tell you anything about it XD

Please forgive the weird clouds and the strangely floating landmass in the back. All errors aside, I still quite like these speedy backdrops.

Time taken - a couple of hours total, at a guess? (I did Alka and Lorean a while back and just finished up the background)
